Lindex' decision for a new telephony and communication system was triggered off by the termination of ISDN in Sweden. One of the leading fashion chains in Europe, the Gothenburg-based company wanted a consistent, sustainable communication system for all stores and branch offices. Now, Lindex have completely reorganized their communication infrastructure and have opted for an innovaphone PBX as central communication platform.
The successful expansion of Lindex in Europe had to be accompanied by a high-performance IT solution which was consistent with the company's ambitious standards in respect to Corporate Social Responsibility and environmental friendliness.
