Neue Generation von mGuard PCI/PCIe-Karten mit frontseitigem SD-Konfigurationsspeicher

Ab sofort ist mit dem mGuard pci² SD die neue Generation der kompakten mGuard Security Appliances von Innominate zum treiberlosen Betrieb in PCI-Steckplätzen erhältlich. Diese bietet integrierbaren Firewall-Schutz und sichere VPN-Fernwartungsverbindungen für alle Arten von Industrie-, Panel- und Embedded PCs, wie sie zum Beispiel in Robotersteuerungen oder HMI-Applikationen zum Bedienen und Beobachten eingesetzt werden. So können unternehmenskritische Rechner, Maschinen oder ganze Anlagennetze zuverlässig und sicher vor Angriffen geschützt werden.

Neben der PCI-Karte gibt es mit dem mGuard pcie² SD jetzt auch eine Variante für Steckplätze des neueren Standards PCI-Express, was einen universellen Einsatz der Karten in jedem Gerät mit PCI- oder PCI-Express-Steckplatz ermöglicht.

Die neuen mGuard Steckkarten verfügen über einen frontseitigen Konfigurationsspeicher in Form einer wechselbaren SD-Karte, wie er auch schon in den aktuellen mGuard Hutschienengeräten vorhanden ist. Dadurch können die mGuard pci[e]² SD Karten einfach und schnell in Betrieb genommen, aktualisiert und ausgetauscht werden.
