mGuard Secure Cloud Ecosystem

The mGuard Secure Cloud offers both operators and machine and plant engineering companies a turnkey VPN ecosystem for industrial remote services. Set up in just a few steps, the revolutionary easy-to-use Web interface allows service staffs fast and highly secure access to machines, IPCs and Industrial Control Systems. Also without IT knowledge, secure remote services can be performed at any time and any place. The mGuard Secure Cloud is available as a hosted service and - presenting for the first time at SPS IPC Drives show 2014 - in the form of an 19" appliance to operate in private data center. The ecosystem is perfectly rounded by the mGuard Secure VPN Client, a IPsec VPN software for the simple but highly secure connection of service computers to the Secure Cloud.

mGuard OPC Inspector

The intelligent protection for OPC Classic based on Deep Packet Inspection: The new module mGuard OPC Inspector masters the complex connection tracking of OPC dialogues across their changing ports and connection directions, thus enabling an effective control and filtering of OPC based on the stateful inspection firewall principle. For OPC communication via mGuard routers, even NAT methods such as masquerading or 1:1 NAT mapping can be used thanks to a special deep packet inspection technique - a true world first and little sensation for experienced OPC users.

mGuard Firmware 8.1

New release adds premium cybersecurity functions: The Innominate mGuard firmware is the shared core of all mGuard network security appliances. The system, now available in release 8.1, puts into practice the newest market and customer requirements for the security of networked industrial systems. With the new Conditional Firewall functionality, pre-defined situational firewall rule sets can literally be activated at the push of a button. By various simple triggering events, asset operators can thus switch between firewall rule sets for different operating conditions, e.g., when different connections shall be allowed or denied during production, maintenance, or remote servicing situations. All mGuard appliances equipped with firmware 8.1 of course can be managed centrally using the mGuard device manager now available in version 1.6.

mGuard centerport²

High-end firewall & VPN gateway for industrial networks: The mGuard centerport² from Innominate is the combination of a high-end firewall and a high-performance VPN gateway, both in a compact 19-inch 1U format. Ideally suitable as a central infrastructure for scalable security and remote service solutions, the mGuard centerport² impresses with its reliability, security and performance, meeting even the highest requirements in the industrial environment. The device features Gigabit Ethernet interfaces and corresponding router and stateful inspection firewall throughput, making it suitable for use in backbone production networks.
