InLoox PM 7.1 is available
Update offers extended reporting features and even more performance
The new, more powerful version uses considerably fewer system resources than the previous versions. This accelerates planning, managing, budgeting and documenting projects with InLoox PM and makes project management even more comfortable. Especially users who work with large amounts of project data or who work at company sites with a lower network speed will benefit from these improvements. The version update supports the focus of the main version released in autumn of 2011: InLoox PM 7 makes project management even faster and more comfortable. Various new features, such as the optimized project time planning, the skill management, the different individual working time calendars or the time tracking with a stop watch can be used even more efficiently with InLoox PM 7.1.
InLoox also significantly improved the performance of the resources overview for version 7.1. This feature offers authorized users a real-time overview of the resource capability, whether of staff, rooms or machines. If desired, Outlook calendar appointments can be integrated into the overview. In the latest version, users can define a custom period of time for which they want to see the resource utilization.
Besides that, the integrated project reporting becomes even more comfortable in version 7.1. The InLoox PM users can now export their project time planning as a Gantt chart, e.g. in PDF format. This makes it easy to give project team members who don’t use InLoox PM access to this graphical overview. The new version also allows multiple sorting in InLoox PM reports, e.g. at the same time by team member and by time. Along with this, numerous smaller improvements make working with InLoox PM 7.1 even more comfortable. For example, the reporting features for users of 64 bit Outlook systems have been extended.
