97 percent of the customers would recommend the project software InLoox
The Munich-based software house has published results of the Customer Survey 2011
The Customer Survey shows: InLoox is not one of those software acquisitions that were introduced once and then forgotten. More than 75 percent of the customers use InLoox at least once a week, 60 percent even daily. Besides that, two-thirds of the users already use InLoox for more than six months.
Versatile in use
The survey results document that InLoox is established in all kinds of business environments. The project management software is deployed in the most different departments and company divisions – from management and marketing to production.
High customer satisfaction
93 percent of the users look upon InLoox favorably with the overall rating “good”. The majority of them are “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with the quality, handling, installation and the customer service of InLoox.
The customers compliment on InLoox as a „great program, super elaborate. Currently, there is no better product on the market!” One user wrote: “As a product/project manager, I mainly use InLoox and for six years, I have been very pleased that I found this program. Thank you!”
In general, the aspects of InLoox that the customers appreciate most, are the seamless integration into Microsoft Outlook, the intuitive handling and the usability. As in the previous InLoox Customer Survey, the customers compliment especially on the InLoox support. The customer hotline helps fast and efficiently – and the customers appreciate that.
The most popular features are the InLoox Project List and the InLoox Time Planning. The InLoox Project List provides as a communications center within Microsoft Outlook real-time project information to all authorized users. InLoox Time Planning offers a visual overview of upcoming tasks and the utilization of resources. The respondents use both features, the InLoox Project List and the InLoox Time Planning, very often and are very content with it.
Emphasis on customer needs
“The positive feedback from our customers, however, is not a reason to rest on our laurels”, reckons InLoox’ Managing Director Dr. Andreas Tremel. “The responses and proposals derived from the survey enable us to adjust InLoox even better to customer needs and to further refine the details.”
