Masenza will be responsible for strategic development, overseeing operations, strengthening performance in Italy and driving strategic investments. He will report to Vincenzo Baggio, senior vice president vendor management and business development Europe, who had assumed the managing director role on an interim basis.
Masenza joins Ingram Micro from Olivetti Spa, Telecom Italia Group where he held the position of senior director channel and corporate business development. Prior to this, he was with Olidata Spa for 12 years, most recently serving as CEO. While there, he held various roles with increasing leadership responsibilities, creating the business unit public administration and corporate accounts and later progressing to managing director and channel sales director expanding the company's business into Spain, France and Germany. Masenza started his career as an entrepreneur, running his own system integrator business.
