Betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen sind für alle Unternehmer, aber insbesondere für Einzelhändler wichtige Indikatoren über vergangene sowie kommende Entwicklungen. Sie bilden eine Basis auf der Unternehmer agieren. Deshalb ist es wichtig die betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen des eigenen Unternehmens zu kennen und zu verstehen. Um sie jedoch ermitteln zu können ist es notwendig, Methoden, die die Kennzahlen interpretationsfähig machen zu erlernen und anschließend anzuwenden. Einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu kann die kurzfriste Erfolgsrechnung (KER) leisten.

Die IHK Heilbronn-Franken bietet in Kooperation mit der LDT Nagold Akademie für Modemanagement für die Einzelhändler zwei praxisorientierte Workshops an.

Der erste Workshop zum Thema „Kurzfristige Erfolgsrechnung (KER)“ findet am 14. September 2017 von 09:00 bis 13:00 Uhr in der IHK Heilbronn-Franken, Ferdinand-Braun-Straße 20, 74074 Heilbronn statt.
