Diplom-Volkswirt Thomas Leykauf und Volljurist Frank Wald­büßer von der IHK Heilbronn-Franken geben Unternehmens­gründern eine praxisorientierte Hilfestellung und Anleitung für die Gründungsvorbereitung. Programmpunkte sind u. a. per­sönliche und fachliche Voraussetzungen zur Existenzgründung, Gründungsformen, Businessplan, öffentliche Förderpro­gramme, Gewerberecht, Rechtsformen, Unternehmensbe­zeichnung und das Serviceangebot der IHK.
