Neue Richter für das Finanzgericht Baden-Württemberg ernannt

Ehrenamtliche Finanzrichter aus der Region

Auf Vorschlag der Industrie- und Handelskammer Heilbronn-Franken wurden am 15. Februar 2017
  • Marcus Götz, Wertheim,
  • Christian Hörtkorn, Heilbronn,
  • Claudia Klug, Michelfeld und
  • Thomas Schukraft, Heilbronn,
für eine fünfjährige Amtsperiode als ehrenamtliche Finanzrichter beim Finanzgericht Baden-Württemberg ernannt.

Aufgabe des Finanzgerichts ist es in erster Linie, den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern Rechtsschutz gegen unzutreffende Steuerbescheide zu gewähren. Die ehrenamtlichen Richter wirken in der mündlichen Verhandlung und bei der Urteilsfindung mit. Sie haben hier die gleichen Rechte und die gleiche Verantwortung wie Berufsrichter.
