Bedfürnisse der Kunden kennen und verstehen - BUGA als Kundenmagnet nutzen!

20. September: IHK-Veranstaltungsreihe Fit für die BUGA

Im Rahmen der Veranstaltungsreihe "Fit für die BUGA" bietet die IHK Heilbronn-Franken bis zum offiziellen Start der BUGA Heilbronn im April 2019 mehrere Informationsveranstaltungen und Workshops für die Unternehmen in der Region Heilbronn-Franken an. Ziel ist es, die Unternehmen zielführend auf die Bundesgartenschau vorzubereiten. Der zweite Workshop im Jahr 2017 findet zum Thema "Bedürfnisse der Kunden kennen und verstehen" am 20. September von 17:30 bis 19:15 Uhr im Heilbronner Haus der Wirtschaft (IHK), Ferdinand-Braun-Straße 20 statt.

Die Veranstaltung wird zusammen mit dem Institut für Handelsforschung (IfH), Köln durchgeführt.

Veranstaltungsinhalte sind unter anderem
  • Stationäre Kaufanlässe in der Innenstadt
  • Erwartungen der Kunden im digitalen Zeitalter
  • Informations- und Kaufverhalten der Kunden
  • Wichtige Faktoren im Geschäft, der Stadt und online
  • Best Practices
