Verleihung des Gütesiegels "Familienfreundliches Unternehmen" am 11. Dezember 2013

Am 11. Dezember 2013 (15:00 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr) wird Ministerpräsidentin Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer die ersten Gütesiegel "Familienfreundliches Unternehmen" verleihen. 75 saarländische Unternehmen erhalten die Auszeichnung für ihre vorbildlichen Maßnahmen zur Familienfreundlichkeit. IHK Saarland, Handwerkskammer des Saarlandes und das saarländische Ministerium für Soziales, Gesundheit, Frauen und Familie haben gemeinsam mit der ZPT dieses neue Instrument entwickelt, um die Arbeitswelt noch familienfreundlicher zu gestalten. Das Gütesiegel wird an Unternehmen verliehen, die ihren Mitarbeitern beispielsweise Flexibilität der Arbeitszeit, Förderung von Kinderbetreuung, Unterstützung beim Wiedereinstieg oder Pflegekooperationen anbieten.Das saarländische Gütesiegel wird vergeben, wenn ein Unternehmen bereits Maßnahmen zur Familienfreundlichkeit vorweisen kann oder verbindlich ausbauen wird. Ein Zertifizierungsprozess unter Einbindung von Geschäftsleitung und Belegschaft, den die Servicestelle Arbeiten und Leben im Saarland (ALS) bei der ZPT durchführt, ist Basis für die Auszeichnung der Betriebe. Nach zwei Jahren kann auf Wunsch der Unternehmen eine Rezertifizierung erfolgen. Die Veranstaltung findet in der IHK Saarland statt. Um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
