Übertragung von EM-Fußballspielen: Anmeldefrist für Wirte und Veranstalter endet

Am 18. Mai 2012 endet die Anmeldefrist zum Erwerb von "Public-Screening"-Lizenzen von der UEFA. Darauf weist die IHK Saarland hin. Vorführungen von Spielen der UEFA EURO 2012 außerhalb der häuslichen Umgebung erfordern eine Public-Screening-Lizenz, falls die benutzte Leinwand mindestens drei Meter in der Diagonale ist, der Ort an dem das Public Screening stattfindet, mehr als 150 Menschen fasst, die Veranstaltung gesponsert oder Eintritt verlangt wird. Die IHK Saarland empfiehlt allen Veranstaltern wie Gastronomen, sich unter http://de.uefa.com, Stichwort "public screening" zu informieren, (Direkt-Link: de.uefa.com/uefaeuro/abouteuro/businessopportunities/publicscreening/).

Kommerzielle Veranstaltungen müssen zudem bei der Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte (GEMA) und der Gebühreneinzugszentrale (GEZ) angemeldet werden. Gegebenenfalls wird eine Sky-Lizenz (http://www.sky.de/...) benötigt.
