Offensive Mittelstand - Gut für das Saarland: Erfolgsfaktor "Gesunde Mitarbeiter" am 10. September

Am Mittwoch, 10. September 2014, 18 Uhr, laden IHK Saarland, HWK des Saarlandes und saar.is e.V. zum nächsten Termin der Reihe "Offensive Mittelstand - Gut für das Saarland" ein. Das Thema lautet ""Gesunde Mitarbeiter" - Wie Sie durch ganzheitliches Gesundheitsmanagement Ihre Wettbewerbsfähigkeit steigern können". Gesunde und motivierte Mitarbeiter sind die Basis für ein langfristig erfolgreiches Unternehmen - nicht zuletzt vor dem Hintergrund alternder Belegschaften. Doch die zunehmende Komplexität der Arbeitswelt stellt Unternehmen und Beschäftigte vor beachtliche Herausforderungen. Um die Jobfitness der Mitarbeiter zu erhalten, investieren Unternehmen jährlich bundesweit rund eine Milliarde Euro. Die Handlungsfelder sind vielfältig. Mit welchen Methoden KMU punkten können und welchen zusätzlichen Mehrwert dabei eine gesundheitsgerechte Unternehmenskultur bietet, darum geht es in dieser kostenfreien Veranstaltung mit dem Experten Olaf Buschikowski, OLAF B + Partner GmbH, Saarlouis.
