Während in der Politik eine Frau das wichtigste Amt im Staat erobert hat, bleibt das deutsche Management weitgehend in Männerhand. Zwar sind von allen Erwerbstätigen in Deutschland mittlerweile fast 44 % Frauen, im Management sind sie jedoch kaum zu finden.
