Infoveranstaltung "Auftragsdatenverarbeitung: Grundlagen und Ausgestaltung"

Am Dienstag, 16. Juni 2015, 14 - 18 Uhr, lädt die IHK Saarland zur Informationsveranstaltung "Auftragsdatenverarbeitung: Grundlagen und Ausgestaltung" ein. Bedingt durch den technischen Wandel ist die Auftragsdatenverarbeitung heute zu einem der zentralen Anwendungsfälle der elektronischen Datenverarbeitung aus datenschutzrechtlicher Sicht geworden. Die weitaus meisten Unternehmen im Saarland bedienen sich verschiedener Fachfirmen zur Pflege und Wartung Ihrer Hard- und Software oder lagern IT-Dienstleistungen komplett aus. Hierzu zählt auch der immer stärker zunehmende Trend zum Cloud Computing. Referent Rechtsanwalt Thomas Müthlein, DMC Datenschutzmanagement und Consulting GmbH & Co. KG, Frechen-Königsdorf, wird im Rahmen seines Vortrages vorstellen, welche Voraussetzungen einzuhalten sind und welche Abgrenzungen in der Auftragsdatenverarbeitung existieren. Die Veranstaltung findet in der IHK Saarland (Franz-Josef-Röder-Straße 9, 66119 Saarbrücken, Raum: 1). Alle Interessierten sind herzlich eingeladen. Um Anmeldung wird gebeten.
