Infoveranstaltung "Arbeitnehmerentsendung im deutschen und französischen Recht"

Am Dienstag, 16. Juni 2015, 19 Uhr, lädt die IHK Saarland ein zur Informationsveranstaltung "Arbeitnehmerentsendung im deutschen und französischen Recht". Die Referentinnen Rechtsanwältin Dr. Carmen Palzer, Kanzlei Dr. Palzer/Berger, Saarbrücken, und Maître Marie-Anne Buron, Rechtsanwältin in Forbach, werden aufzeigen, welche Voraussetzungen das deutsche wie auch das französische Recht vorgibt, um die Mitarbeiter auch jenseits der Grenze einsetzen zu können. Anhand von praktischen Beispielen wird die Rechtsmaterie erläutert. Die Veranstaltung findet statt in der IHK Saarland (Franz-Josef-Röder-Straße 9, 66119 Saarbrücken, Raum: 1 bis 3).
