IHK Saarland informiert über GEMA-Zahlungspflicht

Der Sommer steht vor der Tür, die Saison der Freiluftveranstaltungen beginnt. Da bei solchen Events zumeist öffentlich Musik gespielt wird, entstehen Zahlungspflichten gegenüber der  GEMA (Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte), die sich je nach Veranstaltungsart deutlich unterscheiden. Veranstalter von Firmenevents, Stadtfesten oder Konzerten können sich jetzt mit einem Infoblatt über bestehende Zahlungspflichten informieren, das als Service-Angebot der IHK unter www.saarland.ihk.de (Kennzahl 43) abrufbar ist. Weitere Informationen sowie Antragsformulare zu den verschiedenen Veranstaltungstypen finden sich auch auf der Homepage der GEMA (www.gema.de).
