Die eigene Homepage ist gerade für Existenzgründer ein hervorragendes Mittel, um das eigene Unternehmen und seine Leistungen bekannt zu machen. Beim Aufbau der eigenen Internetpräsenz sollten die rechtlichen Anforderungen allerdings genauestens beachtet werden - dies empfiehlt die IHK Saarland. Denn gerade Existenzgründer werden häufig von Konkurrenten oder professionellen "Abmahnvereinen" abgemahnt. Dann drohen empfindliche Strafen, etwa wenn aus Unkenntnis Urheberrechte verletzt werden oder die Anbieterkennzeichnung unzureichend ist.
