Wenn man als junger Unternehmer die ersten Mitarbeiter einstellen möchte, tauchen schnell viele Fragen auf: Wie kann man den zum eigenen Unternehmen passenden Mitarbeiter finden? Wie sollten die Vorstellungsgespräche geführt werden? Und welche Auswahlkriterien gilt es zu beachten? Antworten auf diese und viele weitere Fragen gibt Heiko Banaszak, geschäftsführender Partner b+p Beratung und Personal, Saarbrücken, in der IHK-Veranstaltung „FIT FÜR ... die Auswahl der richtigen Mitarbeiter“, am Dienstag, 21. Februar 2017, 18.00 Uhr,  Franz-Josef-Röder-Str.9 in Saarbrücken. Der Personalexperte zeigt auf, welche Aspekte bei der Personalsuche zu beachten sind und wo Fallstricke lauern können. Er geht auf die Themenbereiche Personalplanung, Suche und Auswahl sowie den Einsatz neuer Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen ein.
