Einheitlicher Ansprechpartner warnt vor falschen Internet-Abmahnungen

Der Einheitliche Ansprechpartner (EA) Saar, gemeinsame Geschäftsstelle IHK und HWK, warnt vor Abmahnungen, die zurzeit im Saarland kursieren. Laut EA erhalten Unternehmen Schreiben, in denen auf angeblich fehlenden Angaben im Impressum des Internetauftritts hingewiesen wird. Der Abmahner behauptet, dass nach der Dienstleistungs-Informationspflichten-Verordnung (DL-InfoV) die Berufshaftpflicht im Impressum aufgeführt werden müsse. Dies ist nicht richtig - das Impressum muss keinerlei Angaben zu Versicherungen enthalten. Entsprechende Abmahnungen mit Zahlungsforderung für Rechtsanwaltsgebühren sollten daher ignoriert werden, raten IHK und HWK.

Welche Angaben im Impressum aufzunehmen sind, regelt das Telemediengesetz, die DL-InfoV befasst sich dagegen mit Informationspflichten für grenzüberschreitende Dienstleistungserbringer. Nähere Informationen zu den Informationspflichten im Netz können auf den Internetseiten von IHK Saarland (www.saarland.ihk.de) unter der Kennzahl 44 und HWK Saarland (www.hwk-saarland.de) unter der Rubrik "Beratung/Mitgliedschaft bei der Handwerkskammer/Downloads im Bereich Handwerksrolle" eingesehen werden.

Der Einheitliche Ansprechpartner für das Saarland (EA-Saar) informiert und berät Unternehmen über Anmeldungen, behördliche Bescheinigungen und Genehmigungen.
