IHK Darmstadt: 6,4 Prozent mehr Ausbildungsverträge abgeschlossen als 2009

Fachinformatikerin Anwendungsentwicklung, Mathematischtechnische Softwareentwicklerin, Hotelfachmann, Bürokaufmann oder Kaufmann im Einzelhandel - Die Chancen für Jugendliche stehen unter anderem in diesen Berufen noch gut, einen Ausbildungsplatz zu finden. Unternehmen aus der Region bieten derzeit 105 freie Ausbildungsplätze in der Online-Lehrstellenbörse der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Darmstadt an. Das sind 39 mehr als zum gleichen Zeitpunkt 2009. "Trotz dieser positiven Zahlen für die Jugendlichen haben die Unternehmen ein Problem: Viele werden in diesem Jahr nicht ihren ganzen Nachwuchsbedarf decken können", sagt IHK-Ausbildungsexperte Torsten Heinzmann.

2685 Jugendliche haben bereits einen Ausbildungsvertrag in der Tasche. Sie beginnen in diesen Tagen ihre Ausbildung in einem IHK-Beruf in Südhessen. Damit haben die Unternehmen im Gebiet der IHK Darmstadt mit 161 mehr jungen Menschen einen Ausbildungsvertrag abgeschlossen als im Vorjahr. Das heißt, 6,4 Prozent mehr Jugendliche werden in den nächsten zwei bis drei Jahren zwischen Kelsterbach und Neckarsteinach und Lampertheim und Babenhausen ausgebildet - die beste Methode für Unternehmen ihren Fachkräftebedarf zu decken. "Da ist noch Bewegung drin, es werden noch rund 800 Ausbildungsverhältnisse dazukommen", sagt Heinzmann. Vertragsabschlüsse sind noch bis Ende November möglich.
