Under the name „PPC-9312 or PPC-9315“, the company INCOstartec extends their Panel-PC family with CAN controller SJA 1000. The OEM operating and controling device represents a cost-effective start into the world of graphics. The micro controller in use, EP9312/15, by Cirrus Logic, features, besides its 200MHz ARM 920T core, a multitude of peripheries. The CPU is equipped with a coprocessor and a graphics accelerator. The Panel-PC features up to 128MB SDRAM and up to 64MB Flash on board. Compact Flash slot and EIDE interface further extend the flexibility. Different displays from QVGA to XGA in TFT technology can be connected via TTL or LVDS. The touch controller on board supports 4 to 8 wired touchscreen. An also integrated backlight inverter for CCFL or LED background lighting is on board as well. For industrial use, the Panel-PC features following interfaces: 3x RS232/485, 3x USB 2.0 12Mbit/s Host, SPI-. I²C-BUS, 8x8 Matrix keyboard controller (also usable as 8x8 digital IN/OUT interface), AC97 Sound IN/OUT and one Ethernet 10/100MBps for LAN. As standard BASIC, the “PPC-9312” is offered with a 5,7inch TFT.

The power saving Panel-PC can be used with a main power supply of DC12-48V at about 8 watt. The operating systems embedded Linux 2.4 or 2.6 and Windows CE 5.0 including the drivers for the onboard interfaces are available. It is possible to rotate the on-screen display by 90° under Win CE 5.0 to display it upright.

Fields of application like e.g. building automation, time acquisition, PDA, automation, controlling, monitoring, data logger, measurement, networking, touch panel, POS terminal or as thin client terminal solutions are seen every day in our customers businesses.

Weiterhin haben wir Standardbaugruppen für die x86 Systeme wie AT96/ISA96-Industriebus und PC/104 Module, sowie kundenspezifische Computer- und Peripheriesysteme. Ebenfalls ist die Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Systemintegration ein wesentlicher Anteil unserer Aktivität.

The company INCOstartec GmbH was founded by renaming in November 1999 from the innovative engineering company Gerhard Schink. Since 1994 we have been on the market of embedded computer technology field. We develop and produce single-board computer(SBC), Embedded Systems, Panel PC and its peripherals for industrial use.

The focus of development is the implementation of RISC processors (system on chip) and the integration in small embedded modules, known as System on Module (SoM). Here, our focus is on self-development, customer development and customer design solutions. Next we have the standard modules for x86 systems as AT96/ISA96-Industry bus and PC/104 modules. Custom computer systems and their peripherals, system integration and support is an essential part of our activity.

Since 1999, we offer a newly developed panel PC family for embedded systems.

The company philosophy of INCOstartec GmbH is to provide our customers a fast, concise, customer-oriented support.

As partners, we want to be with you successfully. In order trends we are there with small applications and small numbers, with structured project handling and processing of dispensing, for our customers. As our products not only in Europe but worldwide, are used, we are looking for another technology-based European distribution partners, such as non-European countries.
