Steer better than ever - IMO Schwenktriebe als Lenkgetriebe

Der nordbayerische Lagerhersteller IMO geht mit einer neuen anwendungsspezifischen Internetseite an den Start: Auf der neuen Seite informiert IMO die Branchenexperten über Schwenktriebe speziell für den Einsatz in Lenkgetrieben. Die kompakt bauenden Getriebesystembaugruppen können höchste Abtriebsdrehmomente sowie extreme Kippmomente aufnehmen und ermöglichen Drehungen von 360 Grad.

Im letzten Jahr waren die IMO Schwenktriebe Teil eines spektakulären Transportes: Sie ermöglichten den Transport der 16 neuen Schleusentore für den Panamakanal an Land. Jedes dieser Tore ist 30 m hoch, 60 m lang und besitzt ein Gewicht von ca. 4.000 t.

Die Unternehmensgruppe IMO wurde 1988 in Gremsdorf (Metropolregion Nürnberg) gegründet. IMO verfügt über mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung mit Großwälzlagern und Getriebebaugruppen. IMO Schwenktriebe finden sich z.B. in Anwendungsbereichen wie Hubarbeitsbühnen, Tunnelvortriebstechnik, Lenkgetriebe und Krane.
