ImmobilienScout24 mit neuem Rekord: Erstmals 100 Millionen virtuelle Immobilienbesichtigungen im Monat im deutschen Internet

ImmobilienScout24, Deutschlands führender Internet-Immobilienmarktplatz, verzeichnet wenige Wochen nach seinem Relaunch einen weiteren Meilenstein in seiner Firmengeschichte: Auf dem Portal wurden erstmals innerhalb eines Monats mehr als 100 Millionen virtuelle Immobilienbesichtigungen durchgeführt. Damit stellt das Berliner Unternehmen einen erneuten Branchenrekord auf.

Im April 2007 wurden die Exposés der auf ImmobilienScout24 (www.ImmobilienScout24.de) inserierten Immobilien insgesamt 102,3 Mio. Mal von potenziellen Mietern und Käufern aufgerufen (sogenannte Exposéhits). Die neue Rekordzahl macht deutlich, dass ImmobilienScout24 seit dem Start seiner komplett überarbeiteten Website vor drei Wochen für Immobiliensuchende noch attraktiver geworden ist. Die Aufteilung in zielgruppenspezifische Portale, neue Suchfunktionalitäten und der Einsatz von verbesserten Karten und Standortinformationen stellen die Immobilienangebote noch stärker in den Fokus.

„Die steigenden Exposéaufrufe bestätigen das positive Feedback, das wir von unseren Nutzern erhalten: Nach dem Relaunch wird unser Portal noch intensiver genutzt“, sagt Birgit Ströbel, Leitung Marketing und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung. „Mit innovativen Suchfunktionen und der übersichtlicheren Gestaltung unserer Website haben wir die Suche auf ImmobilienScout24 noch einfacher und nutzerfreundlicher gestaltet.“
