Der AWO Bundesverband e.V. und das Immobilienportal ImmobilienScout24 arbeiten ab sofort in den Bereichen Betreutes Wohnen, stationäre Einrichtungen der Altenhilfe und Pflegedienste zusammen. Ziel ist es, Interessenten von seniorengerechten Immobilien über die Angebote des Verbandes zu informieren.

Die Arbeiterwohlfahrt (AWO) gehört zu den sechs Spitzenverbänden der Freien Wohlfahrtspflege in Deutschland. Alle Pflegedienste und Senioreneinrichtungen, die in der AWO organisiert sind, können sich ab sofort bei ImmobilienScout24 mit Informationen, Fotos und Videos präsentieren. Zudem erhalten die AWOEinrichtungen Sonderkonditionen für Inserate auf ImmobilienScout24. Mit der Kooperation sollen potentielle Interessenten im Internet angesprochen werden.

ImmobilienScout24 hingegen baut durch die Kooperation mit dem AWO Bundesverband e.V. seine Marktdurchdringung für Internetdienstleistungen im Bereich Seniorenwohnen sowie der ambulanten Pflege deutlich aus. Das Internetportal bietet für die Bedürfnisse der Generation 50+ einen eigenen Bereich "Seniorenwohnen" an.
