Die beiden langjährigen Gesellschafter der GELSENCHEM Chemical Products GmbH, Miguel Fábrega und Thomas Lüllemann, haben ihre Anteile an die Höppner Finanz Holding mit den beiden Privatinvestoren Dr. Nils-Oliver Höppner und Rüdiger Funke verkauft. Aufgrund ihrer vorherigen Tätigkeiten in der Chemieindustrie bringen die beiden neuen Inhaber neue Expertise in das Unternehmen. Diese soll es zukünftig ermöglichen, ein neues Geschäftsfeld aufzubauen und neben dem bestehenden Produktportfolio neue Produkte zu vermarkten.

GELSENCHEM ist ein führender Distributor von Methanol und Spezialchemikalien in Deutschland und Benelux. Zu den Kunden zählen Hersteller von Biokraftstoffen, Kläranlagenbetreiber und Betreiber industrieller Anlagen. Als Deutschlands größter Methanol-Distributor im Bereich Tankwagenlieferungen hat sich GELSENCHEM erfolgreich als eigenständiges und konzernunabhängiges Unternehmen am Markt positioniert.
