IHSE and Vizrt demonstrate seamless compatibility at IBC

(PresseBox) (Oberteuringen, )
Real-time visualisation software from Vizrt meets KVM from IHSE at the company booths at IBC 2013, the largest European Broadcast trade show in Amsterdam. Both manufacturers demonstrate mutual compatibility of their products based on real scenarios.

Vizrt visualisation software is widely used in broadcast industry. A typical scenario is the realtime ingest of live data and video into the on-air video stream. Therefore, both the Vizrt control PCs and the Viz Engine rendering engines for monitoring the streaming signal need to be remotely accessed from the studios and control rooms. Due to the requirement for high video quality and instant access, Vizrt and IHSE have worked together to optimize the IHSE KVM technology and operational concept for this typical Broadcast application.

While the Vizrt booth (7.A10) will demonstrate the instant KVM switching between Vizrt control PCs and Viz Engine graphic engines based on an eight port IHSE Draco tera compact matrix, IHSE (7.C10) will show the seamless integration of Vizrt user stations with other broadcast applications.

The demonstration will be available at IBC in Amsterdam, 13-17 September 2013.
