IHK zu Rostock ist Einheitlicher Ansprechpartner für Unternehmen nach der EU-Dienstleistungsrichtlinie

Die Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) zu Rostock ist für ihren Bezirk der "Einheitliche Ansprechpartner" ("Single Point of Contact") für Unternehmen nach der EU-Dienstleistungsrichtlinie. Dieser neue Service kann ab sofort über das Internetportal www.ea-mv.de genutzt werden.

Durch den Einheitlichen Ansprechpartner sollen Unternehmen sämtliche zur Aufnahme und Ausübung einer Dienstleistungstätigkeit erforderlichen Verfahren und Formalitäten über eine einheitliche Stelle abwickeln können. In Mecklenburg-Vorpommern wurde diese neue Aufgabe durch das "Gesetz zur Umsetzung der Richtlinie 2006/123/EG über Dienstleistungen im Binnenmarkt in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern" den fünf Wirtschaftskammern (IHK zu Rostock, IHK zu Schwerin, IHK zu Neubrandenburg, HWK Schwerin und HWK Ostmecklenburg-Vorpommern) übertragen.
