Das Netzwerk Unternehmensnachfolge - Unternehmenssicherung in der Region Bonn/ Rhein-Sieg richtet eine kostenfreie Informationsveranstaltung zum Thema „Was ist mein Unternehmen wert?“ aus. Sie findet am Montag, 6. März von 16 bis ca. 19 Uhr, in der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) Bonn/Rhein-Sieg, Bonner Talweg 17, 53113 Bonn, statt.

Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater Gero Hagemeister (Wirtschaftsprüfer KHS Bonn) zeigt zunächst anhand von Praxisbeispielen die unterschiedlichen Methoden zur Ermittlung des Unternehmenswerts auf. In der anschließenden Talkrunde diskutieren Markus Kerling (Sealtek Deutschland GmbH), Rechtsanwalt Dr. Andreas Menkel (MEYER-KÖRING Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB) und Klaus Mäurer (Bereichsdirektor Firmenkundenbetreuung, VR-Bank Bonn/Rhein-Sieg e.G.) unter der Moderation von Regina Rosenstock (IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg).
