„Diese Entscheidung bestätigt, dass die Zeitarbeitsbranche ein ideales Instrument zur Integration Geflüchteter ist und in den vergangenen Jahren einen richtig guten Job gemacht hat“, freut sich iGZ-Vorsitzender Christian Baumann über die Entscheidung des Bundeskabinetts, bei Geduldeten und Gestatteten dauerhaft und bundesweit einheitlich auf die Vorrangprüfung zu verzichten und den Zugang zur Zeitarbeit auf Dauer zu öffnen. In einem Schreiben an iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer Werner Stolz informierte die Staatsministerin bei der Bundeskanzlerin, MdB Annette Widmann-Mauz (CDU): „Herr Bundesminister Heil hat mir mittlerweile schriftlich bestätigt, dass das Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales für den oben genannten Personenkreis die Aussetzung der Vorrangprüfung sowie die Entfristung der Beschäftigungsmöglichkeit in Leiharbeitsverhältnissen dauerhaft herbeiführen will. Die Ressortabstimmung für die Änderung der Beschäftigungsverordnung wurde entsprechend eingeleitet. Der Kabinettbeschluss erfolgte am 26. Juni 2019.“ Dies politische Einsicht sei nicht zuletzt auch auf den Einsatz des Interessenverbandes Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen (iGZ) auf allen Ebenen in Bund und den Ländern zurückzuführen. So hatte etwa der iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer den Arbeitsstab der Ministerin, Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Migration, Flüchtlinge und Integration, kontaktiert und einen Gedankenaustausch zur Beschäftigung von Geflüchteten mit einem Mitgliedsunternehmen angeregt. „Der Brief“, so Baumann, „dokumentiert außerdem die guten Integrationsleistungen der Zeitarbeitsbranche, die durch diese Entfristung seitens der Bundesregierung und des Bundesamtes für Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS) anerkannt werden.“ Das unterstreicht auch Annette Widmann-Mauz mit ihrem Schlusssatz in dem Brief: „Abschließend möchte ich mich für das Engagement der deutschen Zeitarbeitsunternehmen bedanken. Ihr Einsatz trägt einen wesentlichen Teil zur frühzeitigen Integration von Zuwanderern in den Arbeitsmarkt bei und unterstützt ein gelungenes Ankommen in unserer Gesellschaft.“
