Die von der Bundesregierung beschlossenen verpflichtenden Testangebote in den Betrieben sind angesichts der großen Anstrengungen der Unternehmen zur Bekämpfung der Pandemie in den vergangenen Wochen kein gutes Signal. Mit dieser Verordnung ignoriert die Politik weitgehend die großen Fortschritte, die innerhalb kürzester Zeit trotz der erheblichen organisatorischen und finanziellen Belastungen sowie der immer noch eingeschränkten Verfügbarkeit der Corona-Tests bereits freiwillig auch von den Personaldienstleistern erzielt wurden. Angesichts der erkennbaren Schwierigkeiten bei Testungen im Öffentlichen Dienst sowie an Schulen und Kindergärten wäre hier mehr Wertschätzung für das enorme Engagement in der privaten Wirtschaft angebracht gewesen. Anstatt zu meinen, mit einer Verordnung alle Probleme vom Tisch wischen zu können, sollte die Politik stattdessen insbesondere kleine und mittlere Betriebe organisatorisch und finanziell bei der Durchführung der Corona-Tests unterstützen. Die Unternehmen werden auch darüber hinaus ihren Beitrag zur Bekämpfung der Pandemie leisten – wie etwa mit umfassenden Hygienekonzepten und Homeoffice-Angeboten. Die Wirtschaft ist zudem bereit, mit ihren Betriebsärzten ihren Teil dazu beizutragen, dass wir schneller den notwendigen Impfschutz in der Bevölkerung erreichen.
