Ariane Durian hat ihr Ehrenamt als Bundesvorsitzende des Interessenverbandes Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen (iGZ) niederlegt. Als zunächst kommissarischen Nachfolger wählte der Vorstand heute Sven Kramer. Nach dem starken Engagement in Sachen AÜG-Reform sei es nunmehr aus Durians Sicht gelungen, Schlimmeres zu verhindern. Insoweit sehe sie zusammen mit dem überaus erfolgreichen Landeskongress in Stuttgart mit mehr als 500 Teilnehmern auch einen geeigneten Zeitpunkt zur Beendigung ihrer insgesamt knapp 14-jährigen engagierten Tätigkeit in verschiedenen Gremien und Verbandsämtern des iGZ. Der Vorstand bedauert diesen Schritt außerordentlich. Die Mitglieder des iGZ-Bundesvorstands dankten Durian für ihren unermüdlichen zeitlichen und inhaltlichen iGZ-Einsatz in all den Jahren mit vielen innovativen Verbandsimpulsen. Inhaltlich ist ihr Name untrennbar mit dem Ethik-Kodex verbunden, mit dem die Branche deutlich gemacht hat, dass sie selbst ein elementares Interesse an ordentlichen Arbeits- und Rahmenbedingungen hat. Entsprechend den Satzungsvorgaben hat der Bundesvorstand in Reaktion des Rücktritts getagt und einstimmig dafür votiert, dass der bisherige stellvertrete Bundesvorsitzende, Sven Kramer, die Aufgaben als Bundesvorsitzender nunmehr kommissarisch übernimmt. Auf der Mitgliederversammlung in Bonn, die im Rahmen des Bundeskongresses am 5. April 2017 stattfindet, wird dann turnusmäßig der neue Bundesvorstand für die nächsten drei Jahre gewählt.
