Analog zur Gesamtheit aller sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigten ist im letzten Jahr auch die Zahl der Zeitarbeitskräfte gestiegen. „Das beweist, dass die Wirtschaft Zeitarbeit braucht, um flexibel auf schwankende Auftragslagen reagieren zu können“, bestätigt Werner Stolz, Hauptgeschäftsführer des Interessenverbandes Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen (iGZ). Statt eigenes Personal ständig auf- und abzubauen, hilft die Branche solche Puffer durch unternehmensübergreifende Einsatzwechsel sozialadäquat auszugleichen. Insoweit sei die Zeitarbeit auch eine unverzichtbare Säule in der sozialen Marktwirtschaft. „Keine andere Branche bietet so viele diskriminierungsfreie Einstiegschancen in den Arbeitsmarkt“, erinnert Stolz daran, dass zwei Drittel der Zeitarbeitnehmer zuvor beschäftigungslos waren. Und dies alles zu Mindest-Tarifkonditionen, die unter anderem mit IG Metall, IG BCE und ver.di abgeschlossen wurden und keinen Branchenvergleich mehr scheuen müssen. Und auch in der Integration von Flüchtlingen sei die Branche Vorreiter: Jeder fünfte Flüchtling fand einen Job in der Zeitarbeit – und das obwohl die Branche nur 2,7 Prozent aller sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigten in Deutschland zählt. „Ob sich die Kritiker dessen bewusst sind, wenn sie in monotoner Dauerschleife die Beschränkungen der Branche fordern?“, fragt Stolz.
