Der Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen (iGZ) drängt angesichts der aktuellen Zahlen der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) mit über einer halben Million Arbeitslosen mehr als vor einem Jahr sowie nach langer Zeit wieder über eine Million Langzeitarbeitslose auf eine Flexibilisierungsstrategie für mehr Beschäftigung mit einer entbürokratisierten Zeitarbeit. „Corona-Pandemie und politisch verordnete Lockdowns zeigen ihre negativen Auswirkungen. Vielen Unternehmen steht das Wasser bereits bis zum Hals. Jetzt geht es darum, Arbeitsplätze zu erhalten, indem auch Zeitarbeit und Arbeitsanreize gestärkt werden“, forderte iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer Werner Stolz. Aus Sicht des Arbeitgeberverbandes muss die große Koalition deshalb schnellstmöglich Einstellungshürden abbauen und flexible Beschäftigungsformen erleichtern. „Sinnvoll wäre eine Rücknahme von zahlreichen Beschränkungen für Personaldienstleister, insbesondere die Aufhebung der Vorschriften zu Höchstüberlassungsdauer oder des weitgehenden Einsatzverbots in der Fleischwirtschaft und im Bauhauptgewerbe“, so Stolz. Im Brennglas der Pandemie wird jetzt deutlich, dass Schönwetter-Rahmenbedingungen in Krisenzeiten nicht tauglich sind. Gerade die Zeitarbeitsbranche hat in den vergangenen Jahren gezeigt, dass sie in der Lage ist, für Beschäftigungssuchende wie Langzeitarbeitslose oder Flüchtlinge Einstiegschancen zu schaffen. „Die Politik wäre gut beraten, diesen Beschäftigungsmotor stärker zu fördern und strenge Regulierungen wieder zu lockern, damit der notwendige Wirtschaftsaufschwung tatsächlich nach der Coronakrise gelingt“, appellierte Stolz an die Entscheidungsträger auf Bundes- und Landesebene. Der Weg zurück in Arbeit sei für viele Menschen auch eine Brücke aus der Armutsfalle. Diese Hoffnung sollte nicht fahrlässig vertan werden.
