"Mit dem Beschluss im Bundesrat, den Equal Pay-Grundsatz in der Zeitarbeit sicher zu stellen, erteilen die von SPD und Grünen regierten Bundesländer der Tarifautonomie eine klare Absage", reagierte iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer Werner Stolz auf die Verabschiedung des Antrags der Bundesländer Rheinland-Pfalz, Baden-Württemberg, Bremen, Hamburg, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Schleswig-Holstein. Damit, so Stolz, habe die Politik die Ergebnisse der jüngsten Tarifverhandlungen vollkommen ignoriert. Mit den neuen Branchenzuschlagstarifen, die mittlerweile für neun Branchen abgeschlossen seien, werde der Lohn der Zeitarbeitnehmerschaft dem Entgelt der Stammbelegschaft angepasst. Es bestehe also gar kein Handlungsbedarf. "Dieser Beschluss ist nicht nur ein Angriff auf die Tarifautonomie, sondern stellt auch noch geltende Tarifverträge infrage", mahnte der iGZ-Hauptgeschäftsführer zu mehr politischer Weitsicht. Der Beschluss, Zeitarbeit wieder auf ihre eigentliche Kernfunktion - der Abdeckung von Auftragsspitzen und Vertretungsfällen - zurückzuführen, sei schlicht absurd. "Zeitarbeit dient seit jeher dem flexiblen Einsatz zur Abarbeitung von Auftragsspitzen und zum Einsatz in Vertretungsfällen, und das hat sich bis heute nicht geändert", unterstrich Stolz. Es sei bestürzend, dass hier auf Kosten der Zeitarbeitsbranche aus der Ferne Wahlkampf betrieben werde, statt in der Nähe den Dialog zu suchen. Es sei mehr als befremdlich, wenn nicht nur die Zeitarbeit durch solche Bundesratsinitiativen von SPD und Grünen in Misskredit gebracht werde, sondern auch auf der anderen Seite die Arbeit der Gewerkschaften - der Abschluss von Tarifverträgen - durch einen Beschluss vollkommen hinfällig gemacht werde. "Der Beschluss geht komplett an der wirtschaftlichen Realität vorbei und gefährdet die Erfolge des deutschen Wirtschafts- und Arbeitsmarktes in hohem Maße. Mit Regulierungswut lassen sich niedrige Arbeitslosenzahlen und gute Bilanzen auf Dauer nicht halten", appellierte der Hauptgeschäftsführer des mitgliederstärksten Arbeitgeberverbandes der Zeitarbeitsbranche für mehr Besonnenheit.
