Full-metal inductive sensors for the food industry

Essen, (PresseBox) - The full-metal inductive sensors of the T series have been specially designed for applications in the food industry. Application tests such as the temperature shock test, 1000 h long-term test or steam boiler test have proven the suitability of the T series for this industry.

The threaded body and the sensing face of the one-piece housing are made of stainless steel. This leads to a longer life time of the sensors. Machine downtimes can be reduced. And the full-metal sensors do not even cost more than standard sensors. That makes them particularly economical.

The high ingress resistance of the full-metal sensors is proven by the protection ratings IP 67 / IP 68 / IP 69K. The temperature range is 0...100 °C.

The M12, M18 and M30 sensors provide sensing ranges of 3, 5 and 10 mm.

The sensor is connected via a standardised M12 connector.

With the suitable connectors of the ecolink "EVT" series, newly developed and certified by ECOLAB, no ingress of moisture into the nut or cable is possible. The asymmetrically acting vibration protection holds the nut tight in its position, guaranteeing an optimum and permanent seal - also IP 67 / IP 68 / IP 69K.
