IDC Energy Insights will reveal the Top 10 Predictions for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) utilities in a complimentary web conference on 15th December at 2 p.m., GMT. According to IDC Energy Insights, Head of EMEA, Roberta Bigliani, "Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) is a patchwork of economies, on one side there are Euro-zone countries facing a very uncertain future, on the other side there are energy resource rich countries and under developed economies. Regardless, utilities active in the region must get in motion to execute huge investments to achieve challenging energy policy objectives. ICT is penetrating utilities' business activities more profoundly, and will play a pivotal role in enabling the implementation of next-generation utilities.
