Schmutz, Staub, Feuchtigkeit und Spritzwasser sind im industriellen Umfeld keine Seltenheit. Panel PC Systeme, die in diesem Umfeld arbeiten, müssen IP geschützte Fronten bieten sowie einen wartungsarmen Betrieb gewährleisten können. Die neue industrielle Panel PC Serie PPC-F-ULT5 von ICP Deutschland bringt diese Vorteile mit sich. Die aus Aluminium bestehende Frontblende bietet IP65 Schutz und das Panel PC System ist lüfterlos. Neben den zwei bewährten 15“ und 17“ Displaygrößen bietet ICP auch 16:9 Widescreen Displaygrößen in 15,6“ und 18,5“. Alle Displays sind mit einem 10-Finger projected capacitive Multitouch ausgestattet der zusätzlich eine Anti-Reflexionsbeschichtung mit sich bringt. Als Recheneinheit stehen sowohl ein Intel® Core™ i5-8365U mit einer maximalen Taktfrequenz von 4,1GHz als auch ein Intel® Celeron® 4305UE mit einer Taktfrequenz von 2 GHz zur Auswahl. Die PPC-F-ULT5 lassen sich mit bis zu 32GB DDR4 Arbeitsspeicher bestücken. Für Speichermedien steht neben dem 2,5“ SATA Laufwerksschacht ein NGFF NVMe M.2 Slot zur Verfügung. Außerdem bietet die PPC-F-ULT5 Grundausstattung zwei Intel I211 und einen I219 LAN Port, vier USB 3.2 Gen 2 mit 10Gbps, einen zusätzlichen HDMI Ausgang, eine RS-232/422/485 sowie eine RS-232 Schnittstelle. Die PPC-F-ULT5 Serie ist auf einen Spannungseingang von 12 VDC ausgelegt und kann in einem Temperaturbereich von -10 °C bis +50 °C betrieben werden. Optional lässt sich die PPC-F-ULT5 Serie um eine interne PoE Spannungsversorgung erweitern. Als Montagemöglichkeit stehen bei der PPC-F Baureihe Panel Mount, Rack Mount und VESA Mount zur Verfügung. ICP liefert auf Wunsch den PPC-F-ULT5 mit industriellen Arbeitsspeichern und Speichermedien als Ready-to-Use System aus.
