Die Mini-ITX Boards der gKINO-R1000 Serie von ICP Deutschland sind, wie die größeren Brüder der gKINO-V1000 Serie, AMD® basierte Lösungen mit RyzenTM CPUs. Das gKINO-R1606G Board ist bestückt mit einem Zweikern Prozessor R1606G mit 2,6 GHz Taktfrequenz, wohingegen das gKINO-R1505G mit einem Zweikern Prozessor R1505G mit 2,4GHz Prozessortakt bestückt ist. Beide kommen mit RadeonTM VEGA HD7000 Grafik. Diese unterstützt auf den drei Display Port Ausgängen eine Auflösung von 4K (3840x2160). DX11, UVD3, H.264, VC-1, MPEG-2, DivX®, Open CLTM, OpenGL 4.2 und in Kürze Open GL4.3. Die beiden 260 Pin SODIMM Steckplätzen lassen sich mit maximal 64GB ECC Arbeitsspeicher bestücken. Die gKINO-R1000 Boards bieten auf dem IO-Shield neben den drei DP Schnittstellen, zwei RJ45 GbE, zwei RS-232, zwei USB2.0, zwei USB 3.2 Gen1 mit 5Gb/s sowie Audio mit 6 Watt Verstärkerschaltung. Außerdem auf Stiftleiste verfügbar sind zwei RS-232 mit Cctalk, vier RS-232, zwei USB 2.0, SATA 3.0 und 8-Bit GPIO. Erweiterungskarten können auf dem PCI Express x16 Slot und dem M.2 2242/2280 mit PCIEe x2 und SATA Signal betrieben werden. Zur Absicherung des Systems kann das Board mit einem TPM 2.0 Nuvoton NPCT750AAAYX bestückt ausgeliefert werden. Die Boards verfügen zusätzlich über einen Intrusion Detection Pin und Watchdog Funktionalität. Beide Varianten arbeiten zuverlässig in einem Temperaturbereich von -10 °C bis 70 °C. Auf Kundenwunsch liefert ICP die gKINO-R1000 Boards auch als Bundle mit Prozessor, industriellem Arbeitsspeicher und Speichermedium aus.
