Gartner: IBM IT-Sicherheitsservices an der Spitze

IBM ist "Leader" in Gartners aktuellem Magic Quadrant für Managed Security Services Provider und vorne bei der "Ability to execute"

In Gartners aktueller Bewertungsmatrix für die besten Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) heißt der derzeit bestplatzierte Anbieter IBM. Der Magic Quadrant for MSSP stuft IBM Security im Leader-Quadranten noch vor den Wettbewerbern Dell Secure Works, Symantec und Verizon in Bezug auf die „Ability to Execute“ ein. Darunter versteht Gartner Kriterien, die die Fähigkeit des Anbieters beschreiben, sein formuliertes Angebot auch tatsächlich auf die Straße zu bringen. Konkret lobt Gartner die IBM für ihre hohe Sichtbarkeit im Markt, ihr QRadar Dashboard, das IT-Abteilungen die direkte Steuerung der MSSP-Services ermöglicht und die Ausgereiftheit und weltweite Verfügbarkeit des Angebots von IBM – vor allem aus Sicht der befragten Kunden.
