Die Analysten bewerteten Teile des IBM MobileFirst-Portfolios und das Enterprise Mobility Management von IBM. In der Kategorie "Angebot" errang IBM Top-Bewertungen bezüglich Architektur und Skalierbarkeit, Mobilplattform-Unterstützung, Reporting und Analysen, Containerisierung, Datenmanagement und Sicherheit sowie App-Sicherheit.

Der Report gibt Auskunft über die Stärken und Schwächen der 15 besten Anbieter von EMM-Lösungen. Laut Forrester Report gelänge den "Leadern" eine gute Balance zwischen Betriebssystemen, Anwendungen und Funktionen für Datenmanagement. Darüber hinaus böten sie flexible Container-Optionen und Anwendungen für mehr Produktivität. Auch verfügten sie über eine starke Vision und eine klare Roadmap, Kunden bei der Integration ihrer Strategien für PCs und mobile Endgeräte zu unterstützen.
