Hohenlohe Plus Webinar zum Finden und Binden internationaler Fach- und Führungskräfte

Hohenlohe Plus e.V. bietet zwei kostenlose Webinare zum Thema „Gewinnung und Bindung ausländischer Fach- und Führungskräfte“ am Montag und Dienstag den 23./24. Mai 2022 jeweils von 15:00 - 16:00 Uhr an. Heftig umworbene ausländische Talente, Ingenieure, medizinisches Personal oder Mitarbeiter in der Produktion werden oft nach dem Arbeitsantritt in einem fremden Umfeld auf sich gestellt. Oft kennen sie die die Werte, Einstellungen und Verhaltensweisen der Menschen ihrer neuen Heimat nicht und wissen nicht, woran sie sich orientieren müssen. Mit dem richtigen Wissen und Vorgehen kann es gelingen, internationale Fachkräfte nicht nur zu finden, sondern auch mittel- und langfristig an das eigene Unternehmen zu binden. Das Webinar findet in 2 Modulen statt.

Referentin: Klara Denzin ist zertifizierte interkulturelle Trainerin und Organisationsentwicklerin. Sie arbeitete als Unternehmensberaterin im interkulturellen Umfeld in East London bei Ernst & Young South Africa und gründete ihre eigene Sprachschule in Schwäbisch Hall. Seit 2021 ist sie Inhaberin von Klara Denzin Cross Culture Consulting mit Büros in Stuttgart, Budapest und Schwäbisch Hall. Ihre Schwerpunkte sind internationale Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, interkulturelle Trainings für Führungskräfte und Entwicklung von multikulturellen Teams. Sie ist Lehrbeauftragte für interkulturelle Kompetenz an der Hochschule Heilbronn.
