As of January 1, 2014 HOCHTIEF Property Management has also taken on duties for real estate outside Germany for Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management (DeAWM). Oper-ating under the name of Property Controlling International, HOCHTIEF Property Man-agement is concentrating on figure and data management for the institutional investor's international real estate. DeAWM is primarily interested in quality assurance of the finan-cial and real estate data for the real estate portfolio under management. These data pro-vide the institutional client with important control leverage.
