HFO Gruppe: Mitarbeiter für 10jährige Treue zum Unternehmen geehrt

Marco Richter – Mittelfeldspieler 10 Jahre „auf dem Platz“

Vorstandsvorsitzender Achim Hager beglückwünschte ihn zu diesem Jubiläum und bedankte sich für die jahrelange Treue zur HFO Gruppe und überreichte ihm zur Wertschätzung und aus Dankbarkeit einen Einkaufsgutschein. Marco Richter trat 2008 als kaufmännischer Angestellter im Bereich Mobilfunk/Distribution in das damals 10jährige Unternehmen Epsilon ein.  Seit Anfang 2011 ist der Hobbyfußballer und Familienvater in der Abteilung IT Infrastruktur des Konzerns tätig und dort für die Administration und Optimierung der Exchange Infrastruktur zuständig.

Das bayerische Unternehmen mit Sitz in Oberkotzau wurde 1997 gegründet und kontrolliert als Mutterunternehmen u.a. die HFO Telecom GmbH, die Epsilon Telecom. GmbH, die Telego GmbH und die BSO Billingsolutions and Operating GmbH. Die HFO-Gruppe beschäftigt mittlerweile ca. 150 Mitarbeiter. Hinter der HFO stehen mit der Sparkasse Hochfranken, der VR Bank Bayreuth-Hof eG, der Frankenpost Verlag GmbH, der Contract Consulting GmbH, Finanzvorstand Jörg Böckel und Vorstandschef Achim Hager insgesamt sechs Gesellschafter.
