Betrugsfaelle im Zusammenhang mit Roaming nehmen zu. Die Taeter machen sich dabei eine Zeitluecke von 36 Stunden zunutzen. So lange kann es dauern, bis die Netzbetreiber in beiden Laendern die fuer die korrekte Rechnungsstellung benoetigten Daten austauschen. Diesen kritischen Zeitraum nutzen die Betrueger, um im "Gastnetz" illegal zu telefonieren, bevor der heimatliche Provider dies entdeckt. Damit macht HP CentralView Roaming Fraud Control jetzt Schluss: Die Loesung ermoeglicht Telekommunikationsanbietern einen umfassenden Ueberblick ueber alle Roaming-Aktivitaeten. Betruegerische Machenschaften lassen sich so schnell und ohne grossen finanziellen Aufwand aufdecken. Die Loesung ist bereits fuer die neue Richtlinie "Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE)" der GSM Association ausgelegt, die im Oktober 2008 in Kraft tritt. Danach muessen beim Roaming die Betreiber der beiden Netze die Daten innerhalb von vier Stunden nach Beendigung des Gespraechs austauschen.
