Über die multimedia-initiative hessen:
Das Land Hessen hat die Einführung neuer Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien in breiten Schichten der Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft zu einem der zentralen Themen der Landespolitik erhoben. Neben der Schaffung einer leistungsfähigen Infrastruktur sollen neue Entwicklungen im Bereich Multimedia unterstützt und deren effektive Nutzung gefördert werden. Die Realisierung der Projekte baut auf entsprechenden multimedialen, netzbasierten Anwendungen und Lösungen der T-Systems, der Geschäftskundensparte der Deutschen Telekom AG, auf. Darüber hinaus bringt die Deutsche Telekom AG ihre Erfahrungen in der Gestaltung und Entwicklung von Multimediaanwendungen sowie ihr technologisches Know-how in die Gemeinschaftsinitiative ein.
