Sealing parallel cables, splices and cable ends carefully and securely is indispensable to safe and reliable cable installation. Due to the very practical shrink ratio of 3:1 (4:1 is available on request) and the many different diameters available, PEC are used in a wide variety of applications.

Originally developed as an insulating cap for stub splices in electrical harnesses, PEC end caps are now used for numerous non-electrical applications as well. Shrinkable end caps also offer excellent mechanical protection when sealing rope ends, small casings and pipes.
