TRAKO 2019: Explore cable management solutions to EN 45545-2 with VR

Rail engineers are increasingly designing rolling stock for deployment across borders / Cable management accessories certified to European rail standards help keep complex builds on track

(PresseBox) (Słupca, )
HellermannTyton has been manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive range of cable management products for over 20 years that conform to European rail industry standards. As an IRIS development partner HellermannTyton also supports new part development for rail vehicles.

HellermannTyton will present products for the following areas at TRAKO 2019, 22- 25 September in Gdańsk, Poland:

Marking wires and cables
Halogen free TLFX-DS heat shrink markers, tubing and TIPTAGS are ideal for the flexible identification of wiring in rolling stock. From individual double-sided markers to large serial print runs, HellermannTyton provides professional thermal transfer printer systems, software, consumables and service for reliable, durable identification results.

Protecting cables
Helagaine Twist-In-FR self-closing braided sleeving protects cables against abrasion and can be easily retrofitted. It contributes to installation and maintenance efficiency because it is simple and fast to process. Helawrap cable covers and HelaDuct cable conduits deliver even greater mechanical protection where required.

Fastening cables and harnesses
Reliable cable ties and fixing elements that precisely meet specific application requirements are HellermannTyton’s forte. Our latest product innovation is the unique Ratchet P-Clamp, which neatly solves the pitfalls of working with conventional p-clips whilst helping reduce part diversity.

Virtual exploration
Visitors to TRAKO 2019 interested in the latest EN 45545-2 cable management innovations should stop by the HellermannTyton booth, Hall F, Stand 32, for samples from our rail product range. We also invite you to don some VR goggles and discover in a virtual rail carriage where our cable management products are hidden for real.
