The HAVER PumpPacker
This is a new development made especially for light materials such as pigments, graphite, black carbon or stearate. This new pumping technology allows high-speed filling, precise weighing and optimum bag volumes.
The latest model of the HAVER FFS product group was developed for filling micro-granulates and blended products into PE bags made from a tubular film. The completely closed product path ensures minimal dust leakage.
HAVER DELTA NT (New Technology)
Designed for a filling speed of more than 2400 bags/hr, the HAVER DELTA NT has made a name for itself with its smooth operation and an extremely low noise emission. This packer can be seen at the stand of our partner for chemicals packing: Möllers Company from Beckum, Germany.
Also new in our product line-up is the quality assurance system called SEAL CONTROL. This system can be retrofitted to existing HAVER packing plants for the purpose of checking the tightness against leakage of closed bags. At the exhibition it will be shown fully integrated with our fully automatic INTEGRA® filling system.
With this modularly built multiple-deck screening machine, the classification of rock stockpiles of many large sizes is now done easily with precise cut sizes. The NIAGARA® M-Class is also of great interest for the chemicals industry.
HAVER laboratory equipment
The laboratory equipment developed for the own use of HAVER & BOECKER is now available to customers. Product tests can be performed using the HAVER BULK DENSITY TESTER, the TRICKLE TESTER and the DEAERATION TESTER. Bag quality can be determined using the HAVER AIRFLOW TESTER® and the BIG GURLEY.
