Vermittlung der Sachkunde nach §5 ChemVerbotsV mit Sachkundeprüfung

Lehrgang im Haus der Technik am 04.-06. März 2013 zur Vermittlung der gemäß §5 ChemVerbotsV geforderten Sachkunde

Nach der Chemikalienverbotsverordnung ChemVerbotsV ist für das Inverkehrbringen bestimmter gefährlicher Stoffe und Zubereitungen Sachkunde erforderlich; der Umgang mit sehr giftigen und giftigen Stoffen und Zubereitungen setzt fachkundige Personen voraus. Ziel des Seminars "Vermittlung der Sachkunde nach § 5 ChemVerbotsV" am 04.-06. März 2013 in Essen ist, Personen, die gefährliche Stoffe in den Verkehr bringen möchten, auf die erforderliche Sachkundeprüfung vorzubereiten, ferner Grundwissen für den Umgang mit (sehr) giftigen Stoffen und Zubereitungen zu vermitteln. Grundlage hierfür sind die Hinweise und Empfehlungen zum Sachkundenachweis gem. § 5 ChemVerbotsV vom 29.10.1999 (Bundesanzeiger Nr. 242a/99). Die eingeschränkte Sachkundeprüfung umfasst die Teile I und II der "Hinweise und Empfehlungen" ohne den Teil III über Biozide und wird im Anschluss an das Seminar abgenommen. Alle Teilnehmer erhalten eine Teilnahmebestätigung.
